Leane used to be Blue Ajah but is now of the Green Ajah. She used to be the Keeper of the Chronicles under Siuan Sanche and was one of the Aes Sedai who healed Mat of the taint from the dagger from Shadar Logoth, but was stilled and outcast after the Tower split. After tracking down Salidar with Siuan, Leane allowed Nynaeve to experiment with Healing techniques. It was through these techniques that Leane was Healed of stilling. She is not as powerful as she once was, but at least she can touch the Source again.
